Chain Pallet Conveyors
Chain pallet conveyors are manufactured with 3.4" pitch flat sided chain providing a strong supporting surface to convey pallets up to 1500kg. The chain pallet conveyors are available in twin and triple chain versions, chain tensioning is quick and easy with no requirement to remove any guards.
- 1500kg pallet load capacity
- 4 – mm thick side channels
- ¾" pitch flat sided chain on low friction polymer guide strips
- Side channels can be used as cable ways
- Chain in the same lateral position on all modules.
- Hollow cross ties to enable cabling to cross from one side to the other.

Chain Transfer Conveyors
Transfer modules combine the features and benefits of the pallet roller conveyor and pallet chain conveyor in one module. With a nominal roller pitch of 150mm these transfers offer exceptional support for pallets during transfer and are ideal for transferring pallets through 90 degrees without the requirement for a turn table.
- 150mm roller pitch
- 3mm thick steel rollers with steel sprockets
- ¾" pitch flat sided chain conveyor
- Single handed operation
- Transfer to transfer 1600mm long.
Extended transfer to transfer 2520mm long.

Roller Pallet Conveyors
The roller pallet conveyor modules are driven tangentially by 5/8" chain in a fully enclosed side channels, the modules offer minimal backlash and easy tensioning without the removal of guards. With a load capacity of 1500kg per pallet the straight modules are available to handle up to 4500kg total conveyor load.

- Option of steel or polymer sprockets on rollers

Roller Pallet Turn Table
The roller pallet turn table module is designed to change the direction of pallet travel by rotation of the pallet through 90 degrees whilst keeping the orientation of pallet with reference to the rollers. They are available with two rotational speeds, 2 rpm or 4 rpm and are capable of rotating up to 200 pallets per hour through 90 degrees.
- Rotation angle of between 90 dgrees and 180 degrees
- 220 pallets per hour rotating 90 degrees
- Two rotational speeds of 2rpm and 4rpm
- Conveying speeds of 12m / min and 18m / min
