Screw Conveyors
| Challenger manufacture a range of screw conveyors to convey various materials for many industries including agriculture, chemical, packaging, processing, water treatment and sewerage treatment. Screw conveyors can be manufactured in mild steel, stainless steel or galvanised steel with flights formed in mild steel or hardened hardox steel. With sizes from 150mm diameter up to 600mm diameter the screw conveyors can be supplied with troughed outer casings or tubular outer casings to suit the application. Infeed and outlet chutes are provided according to the clients specification and intermediary chutes with either manual or powered slide gates can be fitted as required. Where there is a need to processing or conditioning product as it is conveyed in the screw conveyor we can manufacture conveyors with integral cooling jackets or steam / water heated jackets.
