Hydraulic Hose and Swage Fittings
A complete range of hydraulic hose and assemblies are offered from ISN though to R13 mutli spiral and are available in bore sizes ¼"NB and 2"NB. The complete range of BSP, JIC, METRIC, NPT, ORFS and SAE flange fittings are available from stock in both mild steel and 316L stainless steel. Pressure testing of hydraulic hose asssemblies is available with test pressure up to 830 Bar.
Hydraulic AdaptorsA full range of adaptors are available from stock including BSP, JIC, METRIC, NPT and SAE in all configurations. All fittings are available in mild steel and 316L stainless steel. In addition, a range of dowty seals and O rings are available to compliment the range.
Quick Release Couplings
We are also an official Holmbury distributor and carry a full range of ISO A, ISO B, and BHTMA approved flat face quick release couplings that offer pressure ranges from 100 Bar to 600 Bar. Materials available are mild steel, 316L stainless steel, QPQ and aluminium.
Industrial Hose, Metallics & PTFEA full range of industrial hoses are available including rubber, EPDM, PVC, metallic and PTFE to carry all mediums from water, oil, foodstuffs to chemicals. Hose connections are available in mild steel, 316L stainless steel, brass, plastic and aluminium.
DIN 2353 Compression CouplingsA complete range of metric compression couplings are available from 4mm O/D to 42mm O/D in both mild steel and 316L stainless steel. Pressure ranges from 100 Bar to 800 Bar can be accomodated.
Tube & Tube ClampsWe stock a full range of DIN2391/C cold drawn hydraulic tube in both mild steel and 316L stainless steel from 4mm O/D to 42mm O/D. To compliment this is a full range of Stauff tube clamps are available in polypropylene, polyamide and aluminium.
ValvesA selection of high and low pressure valves are available from stock including 500 Bar ball valves, low pressure ball and gate valves, non return valves and anti hose burst valves. A variety of terminations including BSP, NPT, SAE and DIN2353 compression ends are available. A selection of pressure guages are also available, please ask our sales team for details.
Socket Weld & SAE FlangesThis range includes SAE3000 and SAE6000 flange connections, socket weld in both 3000psi and 6000psi and butt weld fittings for rigid hydraulic service lines. Mild steel and 316L stainless steel versions are available to suit the application.
Hydraulic Cyclinders and Hydraulic Power UnitsHydraulic Cylinders from 25mm bore to 300mm bore and hydraulic power units from 12-volt mini power packs right through to 45kW multi-function systems are manufactured by our sister company Challenger Hydraulics Limited.
