Hydraulic Cylinders, Hydraulic Rams and Hydraulic Power Units

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS & HYDRAULIC RAMS:
Hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic rams are designed and manufactured to meet your individual requirements from a bore size of 20mm upto a maximum of 350mm, with working pressures upto 450 Bar. Double Acting, Single Acting, Cushioned and Through Rod types can be manufactured from mild or stainless steel depending on your particular application. Cartridge valves, limit switches or linear potentiometers can be built into the hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic rams if required. Computer aided design and modern CNC machine tools are used extensively throughout manufacture.

HYDRAULIC POWER UNITS:
Hydraulic power units are again individually designed to meet your requirements upto 45kW capacity. Electric Motor, Diesel Engine or Petrol Engine driven hydraulic power units can be supplied complete with electrical control panels. Specially protected and zoned electric motors and panels can be supplied for hydraulic power units and equipment to be operated in potentially explosive environments.

OFF-SITE INSTALLATION:
Through our COMET FLUID POWER division we are able to offer an off-site installation and commissioning service including the supply of all hydraulic hose, fittings, tube and clamps at a competitive price. Maintenance contracts for complete hydraulic systems can also be arranged.
