Challenger Lift Equipment
| Challenger manufactures a wide range of lift machinery for industrial, manufacturing, commercial and service industries. Capacities range from 4000kg to 50kg and are supplied to suit each individual application regarding size, capacity and type of drive. The range of lifts includes mezzanine floor goods lifts, scissor table goods lifts, dumb waiter service lifts, barrel hoists and disability platform lifts. Mezzanine floor lifts are supplied with either a traction or hydraulic drive system with load capacities up to 4000kg. The lifts are designed to carry cartons or pallets between floor level and a mezzanine floor and are supplied with safety gates with electrical and mechanical interlocks. Scissor table goods lifts are supplied with either an integrated or remote hydraulic power pack and with platforms to meet the clients specification regarding size and any special requirements for supporting the load. They can be manufactured with single or dual scissors depending on the length of the platform and with single, double or triple vertical scissors to provide maximum height. Dumb waiters are mainly supplied to catering and restaurant establishments and have either a 50kg or 100kg capacity, they can be supplied as single entry / exit or through car lifts with various options for the finish. The drive is by means of a drive. Barrel Hoists are mainly used by the licensed trade to vertically transport barrels or crates between cellars and bar areas. Disability Platform Lifts are manufactured to accommodate a maximum of 4 people between floors in commercial, retail and public access premises. They can be supplied for a minimum of 2 floors to a maximum of 6 floors or 9000mm. Annual service and maintenance contacts can be provided for all of Challenger installations |
