Drum & Cask Washer
| The Challenger Drumtech Drum and Cask Washer is designed to wash drums, kegs and other similar containers both internally and externally. Drums are fed into the machine by hand onto specially designed carriers, the start button is depressed and the machine proceeds through its washing cycle automatically. Treatment times can be adjusted to suit the condition of drums being fed into the machine, it can take head or body bung drums and plastic drums and due to the modular construction, further sections can be added should production capacity or extra treatments be required. Treatment stages 1. Residue drain section 2. Three detergent wash stations per tank 3. Recirculation rinse section 4. Drain section An optional steam pre-heat section can be added for viscous residues if required |
