A second hand 20 kg mass measuring Baler line, a rotary dust extraction screen and a holding hopper feeder is available for sale. The interconnecting screw conveyors are not included but it is possible that they could be purchased separately.

The Baler is fitted with a weigh cell mounted bomb door hopper and is capable of making a 600 by 400 by 300 mm nominal sized bale at a rate of up to 150 bales per hour. The Baler is powered by an adjacent 30 kW, 400/3/50 VAC electric motor driven hydraulic power unit and it has interconnecting flexible hydraulic hoses.

The holding hopper feeder is fitted above the Baler with a 3,500 mm long twin screw conveyor, an integral storage hopper a support stand and high / low sensors. The rotary dust extraction screen assembly is fitted with two-off 2.2 kW drives, a central 228 mm (9”) screw discharge main dust outlet, ‘standard’ mesh screen material, a 150 mm spigot for a dust extraction hose to remove airborne dust and a support stand. The equipment was initially intended for use with chopped paper but it could be used for woodshavings, chopped straw, chopped hay, haylage, etc.. Most of the equipment was manufactured by Challenger circa 2010 and it has hardly been used!
