Sold - Used
Description

A second hand fully automatic vertical Bagging System and a palletisation robot for wood shavings, wood chip or similar raw material is for sale.

The equipment comprises:

– An extremely large 35 cu.m. capacity holding hopper on a four-shaft screw meter feeding unit on supports – An inclined screw conveyor with supports – A four-station vertical bagger with a remote electro hydraulic power unit – An automatic bag placer – An automatic bag end sealer – A short discharge conveyor – A inclined belt conveyor and lineshaft powered roller conveyor – A palletisation robot including weld mesh side panels and an entrance protected by a light guard – A master control panel

The raw material is fed into a large holding hopper, the four-shaft screw meter-feeding unit steadily moves it into the inclined screw conveyor and into the filling station of the bagger. The machine produces a 25 kg nominal mass bag at a rate of up to 200 bags per hour and is fitted with an adjustable volumetric measuring device.

Bales are gathered on the discharge conveyors for a robot to palletise them in one of two locations as shown on the pictures overleaf. Verville originally manufactured the machinery (but for the discharge conveyors and robot) circa 2002, it has been well maintained and the equipment can currently be viewed in a fully operational condition if required.

Price – £53,900 net, ex works, sold as seen
