The Challenger Drum Rotator / Mixer is designed to handle full 210 litre steel drums whereby the drum is securely clamped in place within a fully guarded enclosure and is rotated end over end in order to mix the contents.

The machine is designed to be loaded / unloaded using a forklift truck and when the access doors are closed an electrical safety switch will prevent operation if they are not secured or if they are opened during the cycle.

The clamping system incorporates a simple adjustable means to cater for slight variation in drum diameters. The machine is fully wired including start, stop and e-stop push buttons and requires a 400/3/50 VAC electrical supply to the local control panel. The rotation is controlled by a 0.55kw IP 55 geared motor unit.

The machine is CE marked and complete with operation and maintenance instructions.

This machine is in excellent condition and ready to run having only had limited use since it’s manufacture in 2012.
