he Challenger Drumtech Scrubbing Machines are designed to wash plastic or steel open top containers. These are loaded by hand into the machine, the interlocked door closed and secured and the operation is started for the wash and scrub. After completion of the washing operation the door can be opened and container removed. Using different brush rotation speeds provides a vigorous scrubbing action and the wash medium is sprayed both internally and externally on the container whilst scrubbing. The brushes are assembled in sections for easy replacement and are manufactured in plastic material suitable for most detergents. All contact parts manufactured from Stainless Steel sheet braced as necessary to give a sturdy structure.
