The system includes:

• Automatic baler producing a 1kg, 115mm wide x 100mm high x 350mm long nominal bale. The baler is capable of producing a nominal throughput rate of 1000 bales per hour.
• An automatic bag loading and sealing system is integrated into the line.
• A bale accumulation and stacking device is provided within the system to provide small batches of baled product as illustrated in the photo below:
• An orbital wrapper also shown below is included and integrated into the system allowing small batches to be produced.
• Accumulation gravity roller conveyor is supplied with the system.
• The system is operated from the local control panels provided.
