Description
The system includes:
- Automatic baler producing a 3.5kg, 300mm wide x 115mm high x 410mm long nominal bale. The baler is capable of producing a nominal throughput rate of 500 bales per hour.
- Twin screw feeder with double height bulk holding hopper.
- An automatic bag loading and sealing system is integrated into the line.
Supplied with twin line outfeed belt conveyors and horizontal discharge picking conveyor.
The system is operated from the local HMI touch screen control panel.
