Description
This semi-automatic machine consists of a Challenger manufactured petpack baler including the following:
- 2-cylinder horizontal compress and eject operation – Designed to produce up to 140 bales
per hour.
- 5.5kw Hydraulic power unit c/w 180 litre capacity reservoir, directional control valves and interconnecting hoses.
- Power requirements – 415 volt, 3 phase, 50Hz.
- Manual weigh scale for pre-weighing the product c/w digital display.
- Control panel with start, stop ad estop controls. Power supply for the weigh scale is also integrated.
- Interlock switch supplied on the chamber door which also triggers the start cycle.
- The machine is CE marked and complete with operation and maintenance instructions.
Also included within the sale is a stand-alone heat sealer c/w support stand and foot switch for the operation.
The sealer requires a standard 230volt 16amp supply.
This machine is in excellent condition and ready to run having only been manufactured in 2024.
