Description
This conveyor was originally designed and manufactured by Challenger handling in circa 2021 to the following outline specification:
- Heavy duty mild steel painted supporting structure.
- Mild steel roller supporting side frames and local guarding.
- Plumber block style support bearings.
- Rollers are 3 ½” diameter with a usable roller width of 1250mm on a 21 ½” pitch.
- Top of roller height is 610mm nominal.
- Overall conveyor length is 6270mm nominal.
- Powered by a chain and sprocket arrangement via a 1.5kw shaft mounted geared motor unit.
